Welcome
to the homepage of the
MOTO GUZZI SLOVENIA
The MK Moto Guzzi Slovenia was
established at the end of 1999
by few Moto Guzzi enthusiasts.
We have a wide range of members
from all age groups and professions
(momentary about 50 members, but
the number is still increasing),
all with a common interest - Moto
Guzzi motorcycles. The purpose
of the Club is to ride together
whenever possible.
MK Moto Guzzi Slovenia has it's
Statute and is a member of Slovenian
Auto-moto Veteran Union. Members
of the Club are entitled to some
discounts for motorcycling accessories
and some other benefits. Each
member gets a membership card,
T-shirt with club logo and some
labels.
Our first meeting was held in
Velike Bloke in May 2000, with
more than 80 Moto Guzzi motorcycles
and more than 120 people. We had
two days of fun, competitions
and riding in beautiful landscape
of that part of Slovenia. We plan
to organise such meeting every
year in late spring and we intend
to make it international.
We organised Rally around Slovenia
at the end of summer season, in
October 2000.Although the weekend
was very heavily rained off we
rode more than 600 kilometres
around Slovenia in two days. This
Rally around Slovenia is one of
the events that will be organised
every year at the end of the summer
season.

We have also
attended some international Moto
Guzzi meetings in neighbouring
countries (Italy, Austria) and
we run for a short trip every
weekend, if possible (not in winter
months).
We meet every Tuesday evening
from around 8.00 pm at Old Twin
Club Ljubljana. In summer we meet
also every Wednesday evening at
Prešernov trg, Tromostovje, in
the centre of Ljubljana (old town),
together with other moto clubs
and individuals. It's all very
informal, feel free to come along
and meet us.
